Stretch mark treatment

What is

Stretch mark treatment

Stretch marks formed because of disruption (ruptura) of skin while it stretches as a result of growth. This growth is stimulated by pregnancy, fast increase of height in adolescents, abrupt weight changes or genetic factors. Through thermolysis (vaporizing damaged cells) an ablative effect is caused on skin. This is translated into thinning of stretch marks, regularization of them at touch and reduction of their red color. Although they do not disappear, change is almost immediate and very significant to the point that you may forget about them.

It is a procedure that is performed with Fractioned CO2 laser and it lasts 30 minutes during which the first 10 minutes are of cleaning skin and putting anesthesia. Application of laser depends on areas to be treated and produces mild reddening that improves from the next day. This procedure does not cause any kind of medical leave.
